The Department on physical training and sports determined the best sportsman of the year. Ibrahim Aldatov – winner of the World championship in free-style wrestling in China has become the best sportsman of the year.
As the director of the Department Viktor Khystoyiv informed, the list of the best sportsmen of the year include: Europe champion in archery Viktor Ruban, World champion in trampoline Yuliya Domchevska, World champion in kick-boxing Artem Vasylenko, World champion in Wu-shu Valeriya Olefir, bronze prize holders of the World championship in fencing Dmytro Karyuchenko and Maksym Khvorost.
