One more foster home will appear in Kharkiv. The city authorities allowed today the Aliyev family to mother a child from the orphan home.
As the head of the city educational department Nikolay Andreyev reported, the spouses are married for more than 15 years, the husband is 42 years old, his wife is 39 years old. They are material secure and live in 3-room apartment. They want to take 30year girl from the orphan home.
