In the very beginning of the court trial the judge decided to question a mother of adopted child Sasha Rolenko. Five years ago this woman refused her child as soon as he was born. Two years later she refused one more child. But when she learned about Marabyan’s case, she wrote an assertion to the procuracy to find her injured party. Besides this the court tries to clear up the diagnosis of Sasha’s decease that allowed American couple to adopt a child.
Igor Ralchenko, the judge of Frunzensky district local court: “The court was unable to clear up the authenticity of a decease, so it is necessary to implead forensics to this case.”
Marabyan’s lawyer, Yury Vishnevetsky, insists that carrying out additional expert examinations and calling boy’s mother for question are only delay of the process. In the case materials there are all necessary testimonies of Marabyan’s guiltlessness.
Roman Marabyan, Home a Children-Orphans chief doctor: “I was accused in January. Nine months has passed. If court had some facts of my guilt I should have been sentenced already”.
Even judge does not know when Marabyan’s case will be completed. Judge insist that he just try to clear up the case thoroughly.
