This year organs of the prosecutor's office initiated 17 criminal cases based on parental duties neglect. 15 of them are taken to courts.
As Svetlana Polyakova, attorney of the Kharkiv region Department of protection of minors rights informed, more than 40 suits in deprivation of paternal rights are taken to local courts.
