The secretary of Kharkiv City Council Mark Voronov called wrong the tendency to talk about the necessity of changing all the executive personnel in Kharkiv.
“I think this is just emotions. And this is wrong because the people have nothing to do with it. Professionals and managers should stay when the authority changes because they work not for political forces but for the city. So it’s necessary in every certain case to understand and not to make sad mistakes. People should be treated carefully, they have families and destinies behind their backs”, Mark Voronov admitted.
