44-year-old workwoman of the brewery works “Rogan” that died in the end of March did not observe the technical safety rules. These are preliminary results of the investigation that is carried out by the State inspectorate of labor. The special commission talked to the eyewitnesses already and examined the place of occurrence.
Nikolay Shuba, the State inspectorate of labor: “All materials that we gathered shows that the machine operator has violated crudely the technical safety rules. She entered the dangerous area without switching off the equipment and began to fix it. As a result she was injured by bunching machine”.
Nikolay Shuba says it is the most likely that the brewery administration wouldn’t be responsible for the jobsite fatality. As he said, all the safety rules are obeyed on the brewery and the masters check the conveyor every three hours. State inspectorate of labor will finish the special inquiry till the end of a week. But the final decision would be adopted by the Prosecutor’s office after the commission came to its conclusion.
