Election commission can’t tell yet where the results of the City Council election could be known. As the head of the commission said, today the courts are adjudicating four claims from the political parties that demand the voters re-counting.
Eduard Ivanov, the head of the City Election Commission: “The procedure is very sophisticated. We should find in these stacks of documents the ballots of the particular election commission, and they all are 611. And we should do it in the presence of the members of election commission and we must find them. But this is very difficult”.
For now the City Election Commission is going to re-count the voters on 20 city districts. Eduard Ivanov says that it would take two days at least.
