At least 5 political forces demand to recheck the results of election at all levels, from districts to the Verkhovna Rada.
The local activists of the party “Viche” are leading in number of declared claims – they are twenty. The members of the party appeal the results of the Parliament election on Kharkiv regional districts. As reported to the Media-group “Objektiv” by the campaign chief of the “Viche” Sergey Gentush, there are 15 appeals in Dzerzhinsky district court of Kharkiv and 5 – in Frunzensky. The party “Viche” has won one case already: district commission of 73rd district – this is the Novye Doma – must re-count the voters of the Verkhovna Rada election.
Local socialists filed 10 claims to the courts of the city and region, as press service of the regional organization of SPU reports. On one of the Pervomaysky districts after opening the ballot-boxes showed two times more ballots than it was distributed by the commission. One of the SPU candidates has appealed already to the regional Prosecutor’s office and to the Pervomaysky district court.
The People’s block of Litvin has filed 5 suits to the Kharkiv courts. “Narodniks” are not satisfied with results of the City Council election, some district councils’ election and the Verkhovna Rada election. And there are four more complaints to the Central Election Commission. These are the data from the press service of the regional organization of a block.
Local organization of the “People’s Union “Our Ukraine” is the author of three legal claims. All they are in the same court. As the lawyer of the “PUOU” informed, “our Ukrainians” takes an appeal from the results of the election to the City, Regional and Kyivsky district councils of Kharkiv.
Local greens have only one suit, to the Kyivsky district court. As press secretary of the regional party organization said, the greens demand to declare invalid the elections to the all bodies of the local authorities.
