The street lighting would not be switched off in Kharkiv all the night from March 26 to March 27. The sick-nurse would be on duty on every electoral district too.
Considering that the personnel of the election commissions should be on working places at 6.15 a.m. already, all the orderly tramways and trolleybuses (36 units at all) that would be on route in the night and early morning will pick up all passengers on all the stops, Kharkiv City Council official site informs.
