Television debates of the candidates for Kharkiv Mayor Mikhail Dobkin and Vladimir Shumilkin scheduled for yesterday has failed.
By the time of the live air only one of the invited candidates arrived in studio – Vladimir Shumilkin.
As the author and anchor of the program Zurab Alasania told, television channel "ОТБ” has not received the official rejection to take part in the program “Television debates” from another participant’s, Mikhail Dobkin, stuff. Zurab Alasania also refused to read off the claim of Mikhail Dobkin that was delivered before the live air and to comment the numerous declarations from the both candidates’ stuffs according the failed program.
“I just state the fact that you can observe yourself in the live air. Mikhail Dobkin has not come to us on “Television debates”, Zurab Alasania admitted.
The anchor of the program did not give the floor too to Vladimir Shumilkin though he came to the debates.
