Four candidates for Kharkiv City Council suffered convictions, another four are on trial now. 15 candidates for the Regional Council suffered convictions, 12 of them are on trial. The Minister of Interior Yury Lutsenko told about it in the live air of the program of Philip Dikan.
The lists of convicted candidates Yury Lutsenko has passed at the disposal of “Objektiv”.
As the Minister said, the militia has no pretensions to the candidates with discharged convictions. This is rather question of moral, Lutsenko says, if it is possible to elect to the authorities the people who were convicted or are on trial for grave crimes or machinations with ballots on elections-2004.
