New obligatory condition for elections is availability of a medicine box on little electoral districts and the duty doctor on big ones. Territorial commissions also have to get the big tables for the districts because they should have place enough for the meter long ballots, and the chairs for voters could wait their turn sitting, not standing, the head of the Central Election Commission Yaroslav Davydovich explained today on the all-Ukrainian selector session.
The members of the territorial commissions say that they worry still about another problems. They have to re-count and re-sort the ballots. Election commissions received them in packages of thousand pieces from the typography and then they should distribute them on the districts according the number of voters.
Viktoriya Ponomarenko, the head of the election commission of Chervonozavodsky district: “The mechanism of delivering the ballots very disquiet me because 64th clause foresees the delivery of ballots in producer’s package. It means that the plant packs the ballots proportionally to the number of voters and the package should contain exactly as much ballots as it should be on this district commission”.
