Candidate for Mayor Pyotr Kostenko proposes to Kharkovians to sign an agreement. Pretender for Mayor’s chair undertakes obligations to fulfill his electoral program in case he would become the city Mayor.
Every Kharkovian could sign an agreement, Kostenko assures. His agitators would pass over Kharkiv flats with blanks signed by the candidate already.
The agreement includes not only obligations of partners but the electoral program too. It consists of four points. Pyotr Kostenko has notarized the agreement today.
Pyotr Kostenko, the candidate for city Mayor: “I want to prove my program notarially. And I guarantee that I will retire voluntarily if I can’t fulfill it”.
