For the past week the price at land in biggest Ukrainian cities and their suburbs has grown approximately by $19-30 per a hundred square metres (0,28-1,45%). According to experts estimation, the by now such metropolises as Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv and Kharkiv are of the biggest value.
As LIGABusinessInform reports referring to a consulting company, starting from June 9 to 15 the cost of land lot for cottage development in Kharkiv region has increased within 1.35% ($30) up to $2 231 per a hundred square metres.
The rating of land lots in Kharkiv region:
Kharkiv district – increase 1.73% (by $39) to $2 296/h.sq.m.
Derhachi district – increase 1.20% (by $27) to $2 271/h.sq.m.
Chuhuyiv district – increase 1.33% (by $17) to $1 281/h.sq.m.
The analysis only concerns land lots for individual housing development, excluding land for other purposes.
