Swedish technologies – Kharkiv staff. The leadership of Sigma Group IT-corporation – it comprises more than a thousand employees in 25 cities of the world – has come to Kharkiv. The aim of the visit, as the corporation administration says, is to establish its representative in Ukraine.
Sune Nilsson, CEO of Sigma, “It is becoming quite difficult for us to find skilled employees in Sweden. The reason for it is that after finishing schools quite few people choose the appropriate education. That’s why, first of all, we have come to find people, highly skilled, who know and love what they do”.
It is a year already that Sigma Group IT corporation has been represented by Eclipse SP company.
Volodymyr Beck, CEO of Eclipse SP, “We have initially planned business in a somewhat Swedish way. From the point of the company’s life-style, relations, business planning. And our willing to become a part of this group turned out to be quite natural”.
Valeriy Krasovskyi, COO of Eclipse SP, “I think, the significant difference that we have - is the opportunity to work with world brands, as well as our customers’ quite diverse geography. And adding to that, Sigma allows people to work with different countries, different people and to learn something new”.
The Swedes are planning to search for future employees among Kharkovian students. Sune Nilsson assure, that technical education is very qualities in Kharkiv, however, graduates lack skills to work in business. That’s why Sigma offers local higher education establsiments – combined educational program. Its motto is “Sweden to Kharkiv – and vice versa”.
