“Ukraine Aviation” corporate group instead of “Antonov” corporation. Prime Minister Victor Yanukovych signed a decree of the cabinet of Ministers on creating the corporate group and confirming of the foundation.
The decree provides liquidation of “Antonov” aircraft corporation and confirmation of the new foundation.
Due to the document the corporate group is to be registered within two weeks, while the Cabinet of Ministers is to get a proposition concerning the structure of the corporate group board.
The corporate group comprises 10 enterprises, among which there are three Kharkiv enterprises.
