The regional state administration is concerned with the situation arose at the state enterprise “Malyshev Works” in relation to the replacing of the Director General of one of the leading enterprises in the branch of machine building.
As the First Deputy Head of the regional state administration Volodymyr Babayiv noted, Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine didn’t inform the regional state administration on the reasons, why Director General Hennadiy Hrytsenko was removed from the position and the candidature of the new Manager of the works Oleksandr Tarasenko, and that the regional state administration will do its best to take the enterprise out of the situation it is in since 2003.
Volodymyr Babayiv expressed his concern that the replacement of the Director of “Malyshev Works” state enterprise may add to destabilizing the situation in the working collective. In the first place, it concerns the processes of salaries debt amortization, preserving of a unique intellectual potential of the managers of a different departments, shop floors and other subsections, reports the official site of the regional state administration.
Besides, it is worth taking into account, that it is the personality of the Director General plays a significant role at concluding international treaties.
