State autoroad service “Ukravtodor” managed to draw the record cheap credit of EU 300 million for construction of the Kharkiv – Dnepropetrovsk toll autobahn. London City Bank appeared as a creditor.
“There has never been such credits in Ukrainian history”, the Minister of Transport and Communication Viktor Bondar noted.
According to preliminary calculations of “Ukravtodor”, the total cost of the construction of the first category road Kharkiv – Dnepropetrovsk will be EU 993 million. It is planned to complete the construction in current year.
