Assets from the state budget would start to arrive this month, the Head of the Regional State Administration Arsen Avakov reported.
As he said, the day before telephone talk took place with the Minister of Finances of Ukraine Viktor Pinzenik who confirmed that the expenses that the state budget went for Kharkiv underground construction (UAH 50 million) would arrive in full amount according to confirmed list, the Regional State Administration official site informs.
