Belgian company «AHLERS logistic and Maritime Services» intends to start the construction of the storage facilities and offices this year.
As the head of the chief administration of the foreign economic relations and European integration of Kharkiv Regional State Administration Viktor Kovalenko reported, the main client of the company would become the factory «Philip Morris Ukraine». As Kharkiv Regional State Administration official site informs, the investment project is estimated to the extent of EUR 5-7 millions.
The Belgians are going to launch the construction on the territory that is now under the supervision of Kharkiv Tractor Plant. In the near future KTP and «AHLERS» would negotiate about leasing out 11 hectares. As Viktor Kovalenko stressed, Belgians obtained already the tentative agreement of the KTP administration for land allocation.
