In the first quarter of the year the cow livestock has depopulated in 11 districts of Kharkiv region
In 16 remaining districts the cow numbers has stabilized and even grew, the Regional State Administration official site informs.
On all regional farms the cow livestock has grew for 0,2 thousand of beasts or for 0,1%. And the pig numbers has increased for 19,6 thousand or for 7%.
The chief administration of the agricultural development of the Regional State Administration reports that in the first quarter of current year the farms have sold the butchering of 12,3 thousand tons of live weight that is for 1,7 thousand or 16% more than in the same period of last year.
The milk manufacture in the region is 36,9 thousand tons that is actually the last year level (99%).
