Kharkiv aircraft plant would order the parts for its planes in Omsk. According to the treaty concluded, the production enterprise “Polyot” would produce the components for the plane An-74.
As «Omsk.RFN.ru» informs, the An-74 assembling in Omsk was stopped few years ago and now Kharkiv is interested again in aggregates and details produced in Omsk.
As chief engineer of Kharkiv aircraft plant Viktor Zayets says, this decision is adopted with maximal advantage for both sides: it’s profitable for Kharkiv to receive the finished product for further realization and Omsk takes benefit by selling product without keeping it in the storage.
“Kharkiv is ready to collaborate with us in the frames of those cooperation that was designed 15 years ago already, we would refresh it and continue to cooperate. We should also produce for Kharkiv some certain aggregates they need”, the first assistant of the operations director general of PE “Polyot” Valery Blyum.
