On the weekend the 8th International Vladimir Kraynev contest of young pianists will take place in Kharkiv.
As reported the head of the regional state department of culture and tourism Nina Suprunenko, this concert would show the Grand-prix owners and winners of the previous contests. 74 participants from 11 countries have applied for the contest.
The concert of contest laureates will take place on April 1 in Moscow state conservatory.
The inauguration of the contest will take place on March 19 on 17.00 in a big hall of the Theatre of Opera and Ballet, Kharkiv Regional State Administration official site informs.
