45% of heating systems of regional culture houses are in off-state for many years. It is needed UAH 57 millions for the repair of buildings and heating systems of culture houses in Kharkiv region, the head of the Culture and Tourism Board of the Regional State Administration Nina Suprunenko said.
As she said, 72% of rooms are fired with coal. In institutions where heating systems do not work electric radiators are used, the Kharkiv Regional State Administration reports.
