The Union of Theater People presented the new project – “Ukrainian-Language Theater on East”. Ukrainian culture and particularly theater on East Ukraine requires special support, Kharkiv stage directors think.
The main purpose of this program is to create the center in Kharkiv where Ukrainian-language theaters would stage and give the master-classes for actors. Kyiv dramatists came to encourage the beginning of Kharkovians.
Neda Nezhdanova, the head of the Confederation of Dramatists of Ukraine: “Actually, the dramatists could present their assistance just in such a way, with their plays and translations, because it is a contribution to the Ukrainian-language sphere”.
