Mobile country libraries may appear in Kharkiv region. As the Vice-Governor Lyudmila Belova says, special buses would deliver books, newspapers, magazines and recorded disks and flexible disks to many villages at the same time.
The book may be ordered in advance. The regional authorities are only planning now to create the mobile libraries. Lyudmila Belova asks to emit UAH 500 thousand from the regional budget next year to buy the literature for the empty country libraries.
